If that's all you plan on doing, 520-550cc injectors will be fine, and I'd recommend them. If you plan on making more than 350 WHP in the near future, grab the 740s.

As for the tuning, a properly tuned car is "tuned" everywhere, from idle to any psi level. One tune is all you need. Different maps are for switching between fuel types, nitrous injection, etc.

Well I have seen the stock ECU handle 96lb MSD injs just fine at idle.

740cc injs at 4 bar are good enough for 600 WHP. I dont know to many people who have 580 WHP on a FWD SER

Nope.

740 cc = 500 WHP * Red
---------------------------------------------740 cc @ 4 bar = 580 WHP

More than enough injector for a T28 turbine. Most run the 550's from what I've seen.

740's at 3bar are rather difficult to get running properly. I still have idle issues, and driveability issues, although AFR's look good on the 30r at 15psi.

Part throttle driving AFR's are too rich, in the low 11's and high 10's. This is coupled with aftermarket cams, of course, so that's partially the issue as well.

EDIT: Dre beat me to it

that seems pretty rich, what ecu are you running ? im runnin a calum for 72lb injectors and z32 mafs my AFR's are right around 14ish cruising and 10:9 WOT, i have even dropped the fuel pressure to get it to run leaner at wot

so me running 1600cc injectors to much????? Usually you are okay to tune up to 1200cc injectors, after that i would recommend a injector driver box (I say this for drivibility issues).....I just have a 4 channel box, cause im not running more then 4 inj, I think. But yeah 740cc is more than enough for a little T28, but just start bigger if you ever plan on going bigger. But if you ever plan on running e85, you will need bigger than 740 pending on your power goals......
