Thread: 91-92 foglight mod?

My switch isn't working on my console and just figured I would wire the fogs to come on with the headlights/parking lights. I went through some old threads and didn't see anything related to a 91-92 NX. I went and looking at my foglight relay to find the red/yellow wire. Well I found it and the same red/yellow right next to it. I traced those wires it looks like it goes to the headlights.

I am cornfused here.....has anyone done this on a 92 NX and let me know what to look for?

A friend of mine did it to my ex 200sx, it connect it to the corner lights relay (i think). It was connected to the fuse box in the engine bay.

Why notjust replace the switch?

Because the switch isn't readily avaliable. I am going to replace the switch eventually but its starting to get super foggy in my part of California(and I mean like cant see 15 feet in front of you) needed a quicl solution for now.

Want me to send you one? Needs to come from Europe, but still...

I got the hard wire figured out yesterday. My relay wires were light blue. Just rewired that wire to my parking light wire. Fogs again!

Still can't figure out why mine don't work....just gonna have to take them apart when I put my new lower bumper on....not looking forward to that
