Thread: My NX has been in storage since April '06

My car has been in storage since April of 2006 when I was getting ready to go to Iraq. After returning home I went through many surgeries and lots of physical therapy as many of you know. Well, my surgeries are finally done and I have regained most the movement in my arm so now it was a good time to take my NX out of storage. She needs a lot of work, but by the end of the summer I hope to have all the body, paint and interior done. Here are some pictures I took today test fitting my front bumper. I need to do some body work before mounting it, but I was test fitting to ensure no issues when that time comes. The rear bumper is installed, as is my spare hatch as I do something special with my old hatch.





You can see where I need to fix my fender before permanently mounting the front bumper. I have a spare fender going to the shop this week to get a little crease rolled out and then I can install it.







The car looks like a total jalopy, but it will come along. Besides, I still have my 4.2L turbo Altima to drive
