Adjusted the door strikers to get the windows to seal. Driverside is perfect now, passenger side still has a tiny gap... All in all, I mark this as a win haha.

It's surprisingly simple. Loosen the two lock screws on the door striker then move the striker left/right, or so that the door latches closer to the body. You might have to fidget with them bit to get them seated where you want them. Tighten the screws, and that should be it!
