Brought it to a local garage to have this fixed:

That, and a small part of the floorpanel which has rusted through.

This, the floor, a small part of the wheelarch, and the A-pillar are the only things in such a bad shape that it needs welding.

Finally, some love for a car that has been sitting still in rain and stuff for about a year now

Still started up on the first try though

I added 16 litres of fuel + fuel stabilizer to the car.

A few days ago, I was chiseling soundproofing from the interior. It's been -30 here, so no need for dry ice.

Still being stored. Runs great though, and I give it periodic attention to make sure that everything's good.

I haven't started it for a bit, but I removed the fuel pump fuel and cranked it over until the oil pressure gauge indicated that it was up and through the whole engine.

My NX has been bogging down when I slow down and put the clutch in with the defrost/heat going so I figured it was time for a winter tune-up. I think it's a little ridiculous of me to use $9/quart synthetic oil on my beat-up moldy NX, but oh well.

Changed Oil: Mobil 1 0W30 Advanced Fuel Economy
Oil Filter: Wix (Usually use Nissan but had this around)
Spark Plugs: BKR6E-11
Cap/Rotor: generic Baxter's stuff (edit: cap/rotor actually came from O'reillys because Baxter's didn't have them in stock)
Cleaned battery terminals

There is a noticable difference side by side of generic vs OEM... OEM all the way

Got pics? Whats different? I have read that OEM cap/rotor can last longer. I got about a year and a half and about 14k miles out of the cap/rotor I think. I scraped the points in the cap with a screw driver and ran a piece of fine sand paper over the rotor real quick a couple times to get more life out of it as corrosion built up. I am cheap sometimes lol.

Also OEM is $38 plus shipping on Gspec. Generic was $23 and actually I had to get it from O'reillys because Baxter's didn't carry it. On rockauto I can get a Bosch cap and a Beck/Arnley rotor for $18 shipped. Thinking about doing that next time.
