Thread: window assem./arm?

I just picked up a 91 NX with a bum window(doesn't stay up). I took the panel off the door and noticed that the window crank gear inside the door is loose so the gears don't line up correctly with the big half moon shaped gear. My question is if anyone knows is, does the Sentra share the same internal window parts? I'm going to have to replace the whole setup but as I'm sure you guys are aware that NXs came be pretty tough to to come by.

Pretty sure they do just diffrent tracks motor and stuff should be the same.

i'm pretty sure it's different.....i took apart sentra doors and nx doors in the junk yard when i needed a window and they seem really different to me

Ya trust boomstick more cuz I don't remember what the Sentra stuff looks likes.i was just thinking most of the internals should be the same but ya just go pick n pull and check them out there is a few nx around in junkyard

Yeah I was thinking they were different because the sentra window is flatter then the nx.

my local pick and pull has two nx there if you cant find them let me know ill go see how much they are and if you need it ill take one out and ship it to you

Where you located? I went to one yesterday and no NX insight, I'm hoping the Pick N Pulls in the Bay Area have some.
