Usually the top ring on the rubber un screws, and then all slides out. I have a power antenna on mine and i remember thats how it went when i installed mine.

Thanks dan I got it, I just wanted to confirm from someone thats how it comes off before I torqued the hell out of it as it was starting to bend the metal. I used a big ass flat head and a 10mm wrench to turn the screwdriver and it came off. Bent the metal a bit but its off.

I'm just gonna chalk it up to lesson learned by not asking for more pics. If this fender was over the 100 mark I'd be bitching. I hear you guys up there are pretty good on rust so I went with that guy cause he had it the cheapest.

Its only the back side thats bad the rest of the fender is perfect, Its the bottem where the ground effect covers the other side of the rust area. Once I seal it I should be good until I can find another fender. The one I have on there now someone hit and creased it bad and left a big ass dent.
