anyone else ever get this feeling??
lets says its been a while since youve worked on your car, because of lack of interest or lack of whatever, and within the first half hour of diving back into it **** just hits the fan, making you feel completely incompetent.

first off either my rad or AC fan is gone...just POOF missing!! theres 6" of leaves piled in the tightest of spots...where i need to work, and prolly 5 species of small rodents. and plus its been sooooo long since i even looked under the hood idk where anything goes nor how its should look. this is like a bad start to the gooood weather.

(this is really just a rant about my radiator fan going missing ) hahaha

CHIEF UP SON!

Your car is tellin you she wants you to fondle her... lol I got the same feeling a while ago... when my driver axle boot ripped, then the passenger, and my clutch started to go bad. I said ef-it and I used the oppurtunity to do both axles, the clutch, install a l/w flywheel, and clean her up a bit.

Once you get deep in it the desire will come back... I usually turn on the radio when I feel that way though. That's me though.

The weather is usually what kills my desire... I'm so glad winter is over... it's about to be car season.

haha cool. now i just need to find a FSM, seeing as to how my harddrive took a dive.

somehow form the old to new engine i ended up with 15+ extra vacuum lines and 5 extra wiring connectors

i think i may go to the library and print the FSM out

well this brightened my day......

i was pretty sure that the car was 100% rust free minus the drivers door jamb. i finally got around to confirming it. but the bad news is that the car was broken into more than once the passengers side handle was pried out at one point, and i found broken glass all behind the carpet on the drivers side when i was putting the fuel tank cover thing back on. which explains why the drivers side quarter window doesnt have the correct trim/weatherstrip around it.....good to know at least

Just say to yourself, "right now I'm in the hate part of me and my car's love-hate relationship"
That's what I do, and it amuses me and I keep on pluggin'. ;0)

im at the stage were i just want to get every bolt on i can have...i really was not doing much to my car untile i got my suspension.. once that was done i hit a modding spree... steal braded break lines.. synthetic break fluid... prothanes...2.5 ssac header magnaflow exhaust hi flow cat short shifter 626 lip....then that pretty much did it for me for a while...

i got tired of everyone modding there cars for a couple of months at my shop so then i hit another little spree and spent some money on tune up parts.. new plugs new plug wires new fuel filter new pcv valve new cap and rotor and some other thing which game me a extra 100 miles to the tank!!! sunday i ended up putting a b15 clutch disk a jwt PP and a findaza flywheel...

i will be pretty good for a while now haha
