If they are squealing, I think he may need to burnish them again. When I daily drive with them, about 36 miles a day in mixed highway and snail 1/4 mile to each stupid damn stop light crap, they last about two weeks after a proper burnishing and begin to squeal at times.
Bobcats are some expensive pads and I cannot be any happier with the Hawk Pads. Sometimes I kind of wish I stayed with the stock B14 calipers and just got new rotors and pads, upgraded the brake lines to SS ones and flushed the braking system. I am not saying I am not happy with my NX calipers, but I think that for my daily driving, my stockers could have worked well with the appropriate pads and some fresh rotors. Oh well, live and learn.
