Thread: 91 & 92 nx owners.....abs mc question

I wonder how 'go figure' an Altima MBC could be or might be or MC is.

I looked at Courtesy nissan, and the 91 FSM. They show a little differently, but the ABS has a valve stopper screw on the passenger side near the front proportioning valve, and should have a bleeder screw on the driver side near the rear prop. valve. Also the primary, and secondary pistons are shaped completely different, but you wouldn't see those. Just look for the screws for ABS, and no screws for non ABS.

This is ABS. Notice the bleeder screw at the center in the top pic, and the valve stopper screw to the right of center in the second pic.


This is Non- ABS. No screws.
