yes im in allentown, and sorry i cant go quite that low, i checked the rear strut towers, barely any rust , a few blisters but no real cancerous death. im looking to get 1800, just got it aligned and new front tires, probably gonna put it on craigslist for 2200 or best offer and see what i can get
