About 40lbs i would say.

The factory window weighs about 44 lbs IIRC

This window weighs 2-3 lbs.....

so anywhere between 40 lbs and up

just out of curiosity how thick is this thing? Is it a flat piece or formed?

I'm not sure about the thickness but it's a flat piece. The contour of the hatch makes it's shape. I'm doing everything I can to get my wife to allow me to buy it lol.
