10mm ratchet wrench from the bottom for the bumper-to-fender bolts.

i just addressed all the broken bolts after i got the cover off and then obviously put new bolts in.

you have to hit them with pblaster the day before, then again right before. Then, a ratcheting wrench will do the job.

dont knock it till you try it... this is some amazing stuff. this works better then any lube or rust breaker that you can buy from the store. better then PB blaster better the WD or whatever you use. i know because i have some at the shop thanks to keo lol...

Option B is to pull the nose with both fenders still attached. Of course, it goes without saying, doing this with a friend, makes it a lot easier.

^^^ Agree with Hank.. Much easier to remove with both fenders attached..

But, if you only remove the front bumper, the Toyota lubricant is amazing stuff. It is better than PBlaster on rusty bolts.

If you do break off some bolts, dont worry!! I broke over half of my bolts. After you remove the bumper, spray the broken bolts with lubricate and then remove the bolts bolts on the back side using vise grip pliers. They usually come out easier. Replace them with Stainless Steel bolts.

Yes... Once you remove the bumper & support from the car, the remainder of the broken stud will be accessable and easier to remove with lubricant & vise-grips. Plus, you wont be under the car in a tight area. I was able to remove all of my rusty studs and replaced them with Stainless studs.
