motor mounts?
hi

i have a 93 nx converted to 5 speed and i think i may be missing a motor mount. i have one in the back of the engine and one on the tranny thats it. from what i see it looks like one could go in the front of the engine as well.

thanks rob

some auto sr20's don't have the spot for the front mount on the dogbone (near radiator), that mount doesn't really do much anyways imo

yah stock mounts dont really do too well. you best bet is getting a set of prothanes even though installation is no fun.

Agreed.

Except I think D-Unit is being kind, the stock mounts suck sweaty monkey sack.

They rip, tear, and shred. They don't hold up to NA stock power worth a damn, let alone if you up your power levels.

Prothanes are your best bet by far. They are a full press-in replacement for the existing Nissan rubber pieces. You re-use the metal outer shell of the Nissan mounts.
