I did read some of your threads and really do not have anything to add to them. Really, if I said something I would be banned pretty quick so if you can not say something nice do not say anything at all. That is my moto.

Now that I am on my comp and not posting from my phone. I will get more in depth on why the NX2000 handles way better than an SER from my memeory from reading the articles back in the day.

Most important to least important.

1. Chasis, the NX2000 roof has a very heavy metal brace in it. There is alot of things you can buy for a car to make it handle better but starting with a stiffer Chasis is not easily bought.

2. The NX2000 has a better weight distribution. I do not remeber what it is, but the NX2000 is not as front heavy as the SER. I would say the reasons for the better weight distribution is the damn heavy hatch and and roof bracing.

3. The NX2000 has a lower center of gravity.

4. The NX2000 comes from factory with wider rims. NX2000 6.0" and SER 5.5"

5. The NX2000 comes with 195/55/14 tires, the SER comes with 185/60/14 tires

Pretty much, if your SR20DET had the VTC, cams were more limited.

^NOT my threads. Any thread and what I said was not mean. It was already mentioned by another member that how you have not ventured from this thread yet. I guess the (lol) was taken the wrong way. Don't be so sensitive.

True and it is one of the reasons my 240 has a better mid range than most sr20dets is because I keep the VTC. It makes almost a 100 hp more across mid range than comparable SRs making the same power. Certainly as the neo vvl guys with turbos can make 500hp. The SR is one of the best 4 bangers ever made IMO.
