You got burned payed way over bluebook. When I got my nicer nx than that in 2002 I only payed the dealer $2000.

I have no idea how $4450 is a good price for an NX?

The highest KBB I got for private party was $2995. And that was with 15,000 miles and in excellent condition.

I am more interested, now, in what you think of your new purchase.

FYI for many reasons, I know of several sub-200hp Sentras that have put a hurt on SR20DET S13/S14s.

You do not know racing very well if you make fun of 200hp.

NXs are pretty rare. Nice NXs which this one still is a nice NX are even more so. Maybe the car is turning the corner. There's one around the way here in our classified's that's nicer than this red one right now. Asking $3400.

Well said. I've been reading this from the 1st post and it's been more than interesting on comments from both sides of the fence. If this dude is going to post pics of his NX here on our forum then we can see for ourselves what all the fuss is about. I believe Andreas, he has no reason to lie about his encounter. IMO this dude seems sharp even though boasting about himself wasn't exactly a good idea under the circumstances. No matter what happens he still ends up with the $4.5K NX no matter what shape it's in. It's his problem. He doesn't care what we drive and vice versa, I'm ok with that. I just want to see the pics of this car that's caused all of this controversy when he has possession of it. I'm going to assume he is going to be straight up about what he finds when he sees it and fills us in. I can light into his *** like everyone else because of his attitude but I'm going to give him the benefit of a doubt. We are a very tight community and that is a very strong reason why we will endure anything that comes our way. Let's just see what happens with this before we totally crap on this guy.

I agree. I really don't care what he paid for the car as long as he's pleased with it that is all that matters. NX's are rare. I search on autotrader and craigslist every other day and I never see one within 500 miles of me. There was a nice one here in ABQ about a year ago and I kick myself in the ass for not at least taking a look at it in person. I think the dude only wanted like $3000 for it.
