I called this man at 9:30 am, made withdrawal at 10:30 am and drove up 07-02-2010


Got off on exit 131 on I75 headed east, then the road went North ward about 10 miles from I75 to 7/11.

The 7/11 is on Gunnery Road and Lee Blvd ( County Rd 884 ) where I waited 2 hours which is Ft Myers.


Why the hell would I be driving up there for. I guess I drove 5 hours round trip for a Slurpy

You told me and everyone that you went there. No one is doubting that you went there. You said you could show proof of where you removed the money and went there. You do online banking right? So, there is probably account information where you could just go look at account history and do a print screen. Then you can use paint and remove the information that you do not want us to see from it? How hard is that? I mean you can not really make that up? It would be a simple cut copy past and a little playing around with MS Paint. Not hard at all. If you did not offer him 6 grand for the car what did you offer to piss him off so bad? Just wonder......

So if a car gets in a crash and you fix it yourself and do not go through your insurance Car Fax will see this.


My SER has been bumped 4 times and it was put back together by a profesional and painted by a profesional. My car has no car fax problems- hits and I can say my car has been hit 4 times and would not lie to anyone about it. That beeing said you could not tell my car has been hit if I did not tell you so. Rear ended 3 times and light hit in front.

He told me $6000. I orignally offered him $5000. once I saw the car I walked away. I would not have paid more than $3000 once I saw it.

and if it has rear end damage I will be able to tell that. I assure you and more than likely that would not get reported to car fax. I had the bumper re painted on my 240 and am running the greddy front lip. You can always tell when a car has been sanded down and resprayed. My problem with this though is you did not drive the car. You only saw it in person for probably less than 15-20 minutes. So, did you take the bumper off to look behind it? Did you remove the rear save a spare and take a look at the floor pan to see if it had been rebuilt? There are a lot of clues as to what could happen and what does happen to a car over time. Did you take off the rear bumper trailing lights to look at the different levels of paint of the bumper? to see if it was a different color than what was done from the factory?

Trust me, I have serious doubts about this seller and am no fan but I also am not 100 percent believing what you are saying either. I am an honest person in every business dealing I do whether I make money or I lose money. So, like I said I will have the car soon and will be able to make my own conclusions and those may or may not agree with what you are saying.
