Which one looks cleaner, which one has more metal with that Zinc Goldish
coating on it. That white car has 136,000 more than the red one.

Engine bay 168,000 miles

Yeah that zinc goldish color on the fuel rails, hardware on the engine, tubes, I got an engine from Soko that literally looked like it had less than 10k miles on it. The engine looked absolutey brand new. Even the exhaust manifold wasnt all rusted up like you normally find with jdm motors or any of our motors. Every single bolt shined with that zinc color as well as the coolant tubes, fuel rail and so on.

It shows how well it was kept and how low mileage it was. As long terms of heat and not keeping it clean is what takes that shine away.

that is why I said I will not argue with you guys and make my own conclusions. Every Nissan I have ever owned and I will make a list for you have bin part dates etched into them and Nissan brake pads have Nissan printed on them at least everyone I have seen. He claims the car has the original struts, brakes and parts. So, if the cluster for example was made in 1990 and the car is a 1992 then it probably is not the cluster that went with the car.
So, while it may not have the vin on it, I can guarantee you that I will be able to tell it is what he claims it is and I do not need some Nissan mechanic tell me anything that I do not already know.

I have owned the following Nissan cars and trucks

3 Nissan 240sxs including my current Gt2871r sr20det series 3 motor 240 with 400hp
2 Nissan 300zx and 1 twin turbo
1 Supercharged Frontier
1 Nissan NX2000 and now this one

so I know Nissan quite well, thanks
Trust me this guy is not going to a Nissan dealership and saying give me a 150 dollar Nissan strut please. He replaced the tires with Generals and the battery with a Wal-mart special. I have some real concerns and hope to have the car fully inspected in a couple of weeks. I will not make the car out to be something it is not nor will I set here and lie to you all. Miko and I both know what the guy is so IF he has pulled one over, it WILL COME OUT. Leave it at that and move on cause this thread will become a nightmare for 2 weeks if you do not.

Look at the AC condeser on both of these cars. The red one is flacking and pealing with corrosion, The white one is not.

I just went outside to look at the white one I have outside with 105,000 miles and I dont have one chip of corrosion on the AC condensor. I will have a friend take a pic of the one I got ant post it.

Well I am a Nissan Mechanic ( Not Certified ). Was Part of the Z Shop, opened in 1972 closed in 2003. I was there from 1993-2003.

Nissans I have owned

1 1982 280zx Turbo
1 New 1985 Maxima
3 Sentra SERs 2 1994 and 1 1993
2 NX2000s 1 NEW Black 1992 and 1 White 1993
1 1994 Inifinty G20T ( Girlfriends Car )
1 2002 Infinty G20 Sport ( Girlfriends Car )
1 NEW 200SX SER 1995 ( Girlfriends Car )

Worked on 30-40 NX2000s ( Stripped so many of them for Scrap I have no idea)
Worked on I have no idea how many Sentra and 200SX SERs. ( Stripped so many of them for Scrap )
Worked on I have no idea how many 240SXs

I can make a good judgement call.
