wow, Tires I can almost explain (dry rotted originals, buying something used) but the rest of the stuff, no way...

It just goes to show that you really need to see stuff IN PERSON before you believe the hype!!!!

I feel really badly for the person who wins the car at this point

My tires did not have any dry rot. My tires were perfect but I hit a pot hole or something on the way down and it got a bubble on it, so I had to take them off and toss them as no one makes that size tire any more to replace a bad one.

Thats kind of messed up that he would do that. I think as time goes on we will start seeing more of the B13's and NX's that have been just sitting parked somewhere for sale.

yes, I still have a nice set of Bridgestone RE-92s on my b13 (they stopped selling them in that 14" size IIRC)

wow,Dre...you should report him, since you were the on to go look at it.
I also feel bad for whoever gets this...if they really want a low mile nx,anyway.

I had a similar experience once...towed a car dolly over 2 hours, and had to wait over an hour to look at a car .It turned out the same way...the car was not what he said, and I decided not to buy it.
The dude was like"you are wasting my time"....I was the one who wasted my whole day, just to find out the car was crap.So I just said whatever, and offered to tow it away for him...FREE. LOL

Now that we know the real deal, I'm wondering if this guy is going to get caught in a fraud scheme or if he ends up scamming someone. I was a victim of mileage fraud when I bought my 91 in '03 but didn't know it till a year later when I finally did a Carfax on the car. Everything still worked out but the chassis has 32K more than what it reads on the cluster. Seller moved within 6 months of purchase and left no forwarding addy. Buyer beware, there's a lot of scammers looking to make a quick buck at your expense through Ebay or a private sale. When you buy a dozen eggs at the store you always check for the broken ones before you buy. This should apply to cars as well. Good detective work Andreas.
