Tires will dry rot especially in Florida -- My 1996 Nissan 240sx had tires on it that was 7 years old and they started dry cracking and splinting just the way it is. Unless someone bought one new in 1993 and stored the car in a house like in Ferris Bueller's then no one in the entire country is going to have an absolutely mint NX2000 because they have been out of production for 20 years. Trust me I know what to look at and what to look for on the car and how they do things so it will be examined and I will make my own judgment call.
