It doesn't say on the board that it's 100% rust free but he did assure me of it time and time again on the phone.

"Near perfect"?!? F*cking rust holes through body parts?

Then Seller repeatedly tells you it is "rust free" on the phone?!?

Bullsh*t all the way. There is no way in hell that I or anyone else (read Seller) would miss those rust spots. And they did NOT happen in your storage shed.

Yes, you deserve a partial refund to cover your "rust repair" expenses, the Seller deserves bad feedback.

Keep in mind that I'm not the seller! I only took pictures and posted it up for sale for him because his computer was down. I didn't exactly inspect the cars just looked at them and took pictures. I didn't search them and I didn't suspect rust. They just looked good. I took the pictures last summer/fall and haven't seen him since. I did get a spare engine out of the deal I did have to drive all the way to BFE just to take pics afterall.

Canx2K You said you bought it in November 2009. The Date of this thread is 5-26-2010 so it took you six months to notice that there was rust?

The lesson here is never post up things for sale from other people and always inspect the vehicle your buying.

E's 92' sr20, if you took the picture and posted up yourself its your responsiblitly to make sure and inspect that the part or object is correct and in the right shape you discribed it in. So the buyer is not to blame. And to be honest if you did the post I think you have some responsibilty to this for posting false info that you posted up.
