Then Seller repeatedly tells you it is "rust free" on the phone?!?
Bullsh*t all the way. There is no way in hell that I or anyone else (read Seller) would miss those rust spots. And they did NOT happen in your storage shed.
Yes, you deserve a partial refund to cover your "rust repair" expenses, the Seller deserves bad feedback.
