Thread: Why do/did you Love the NX???

For an affordable price you can get a:

1. (semi) convertable (t-tops)
2. 3-door car (a lot of space in the back)
3. fast car (swap the DET or VE!)
4. GOOD LOOKING CAR!

..nuff said.

It's hard to beat the unique look and the fun factor of the Nx... especially when it has some suspension improvements and a good bit of extra power :-)

ive had 3 since 03 currently own/drive 2.

i dont know, i think their such cool, tossable lil cars with big hearts. kinda like the kid that always got picked last but on this instance that kid is a bad ass mother ****er.

T-tops, and hardly ever see NX on the road.

I love how the tail lights looks slightly evil at night when lit up.

My NX aka sling shot its like a tank these car deserve more respect than they get I also love they way car looks front to back mine is pushing 284k original motor,Just pulling up to a light and have somebody in newer car look down on you then blow them away when the lights turn green since ive dropped mine and put in some ST sway bars im not afraid to corner it sticks like glue around the bends.Great car Nissan made here just too bad she had such a short sales life but great for us as collectors.

wouldent it be great if they made a comeback of the nx! probably wouldent be the same but oh well

n e ways i wasent much of a NX lover. i actually didnt even know they exsisted till i saw my first one bout 2 years ago. basically when i joined this forum. I thought they were ugly as f u ck! I never thought i see one let alone own one. THe bug hit me when a member on the old forum posted in the mid atlantic section. He had one for sale with everythng apart( i had to put it together myself) i bought it for 600 dollers. It was like a puzzle becaues i never seen one so putting it together was pretty fun. weather stripping bumbers side skirts everything!

Slowly the ugly duck appeared before me. as you can see i still had a long way to go. But when i drove it.. WOW. i never had a SR powerd car untile this. first 5 speed car 2! i loved it but i had to do something bout the ulgy paint lol



My love for the NX grew more and more. The more people saw it and started to ask question the more i just smiled and nodded( YEP THATS MY CAR)

I fixed it up a lil more and made it mine. My style and personality. It took me everywere. Ocean city. Virginia. Philly. I had some great times



sadly things came to a end when someone cut me off and to save his ass i fu c ked mine



I was so hurt lossing my car that i didnt even realize how much i loved my car. my NX! i had to get another one which i found for 600 dollers with a blown engine. My old NX lives in my new one with the same HEART.... dont know bout yall but i would never get rid of this car. Im going to drive it till it falls apart! i love my NX! T Tops Unique look and fun to drive I LOVE IT
