I don't own one. Back in the early 90's though I can't remember if it was 91,92,93 I saw one where I lived in NY. I wasn't super into cars back then I was between 9 and 11 for whatever reason I told my dad I really liked that car I wanted it someday. It was odd looking but hey I liked it. To this day I don't know why I like it.

It was a prelude of what was to come, as I went on to own a b12 two door and later my 94 Se-R. I just think its pretty crazy how I said what I said when I was a child and went on to own the NX's boxy brother.

So what about all the (few) new people that now own NX's? (Such as myself)

Thecnically I have yet to drive it other than it was being pulled to my house...
I, like many others thought it was ugly as F*** when I first saw it but, later came to own one.(actully two at one point)

I now love-
The T-tops
The shape
The rarity
And how unique it is

Pulling up to gas stations with my un-badged NX and having people say "What the hell is that thing"?

I always enjoyed being in a car that many people didnt know about.

Enjoyed the tops, motor, exterior styling however odd it was.

Stratton.

This man speaks the truth.

I always have to laugh to myself when critics find out that they've been made with engines OTHER than the 1.6 carburetted GA16DS :P. Let alone a 143 bhp 2L :P

The days in high school when I would load 5 of my friends in the car and everyone would wonder how that little car has enough power to move all the weight. I mean seriously a chick said "WTF is that fugly thing and how does it even move." My NX has been in the family for over 19 years. It took years of abuse on the Autobahn when my father was stationed in Germany, took a beating from my sister in college, and as my almost daily driver is still kicking. The GA16 was a long lasting engine. It's just the power why I went to putting an SR20DE transplant into it. When taking care of it right its the:

Toughest Daily Driver Ever and overall pretty awesome!!

Man, I know that feeling!

I love the T tops in the summer, love the handling of the car (after some upgrades) and love walking outside, looking at it, getting in and driving away!

Love my car even more cause it has AC (rare here in Holland) and seat heating (even rarer!)
