4 bolts into the seat pan, 4 bolts into the seat back. The 4 in the pan are somewhat obvious. In order to get to the 4 in the seat back, unzip the cushion cover and peel back the sides of the cushions a little. It's just a process of undoing and redoing the SER pan/seat back to the NX rail. You going to laugh at how easy it is once you do it.

You are as tall as I am. You DO NOT WANT SE-R seatrails in your NX. You will hit the ceiling. Swap pans and seatbacks. About 20 minutes tops per side. If you wanna swing by let me know. It can be done so fast you will be like DAMN!

Theres an even easier way. Take out the two 14mm bolts on the side of the rail with the seat belt, and take the two out of the bottom of the other side. This way you are just swapping actual rails not all the other crap.

For the Sentra to NX, no, the pans are the same. If you are swapping any other seat, like a 200SX seat to a NX rail, then yeah, you have to. I want to try some Silvia seats in a NX. Looks like a nice project.
