New NX owner.
Just got my first NX today. It's a '91. I traded my twice wrecked eg civic with a blown head gasket and a rod knock along with $300 for it. Doesn't run so well right now, but the body is in amazing shape. I'll take some pic's tomorrow and put them up when I can.

I'm new to the Nissan's with a limited knowledge of honda's(notice the lower case h). Any info links will be greatly appreciated. I think I'm interested in a SR20VE swap. From what I hear VVL is comparable to VTEC, major difference being that Nissan's actually have torque. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I guess it's back to combing the forums. Thanks in advance guys!

*edited VVT to VVl, thanks for the correction.

Congrats. The sr20ve is comparable to a b18c, but its a 2l. It makes 187 hp stock and they make 200-220 with bolt ons very often on the site. Read up in the VVL section for more info. Fix that NX up there aren't many of them around.

Congrats. Great cars, you will learn to love everything about them! Besides the rust they are known for, and the idle issues. You'll want to check for rust in all of the key places. Search around, you'll discover what I'm talking about.
