Here is a parts list & pricing that I said I would post up.

Awd Conversion List

Parts Needed:
-Gti-r engine (may be able to use your stock sr20de if you modify the gti-r flywheel to fit the crank, I‘m sure others would know more if this would work then I would)
-Gti-r engine harness and ecu if using the Gti-r engine
-Gti-r or Bluebird awd transmission
-Gti-r transmission mounts (2) & rear engine mount (you will need to swap the sr20de passenger engine mount onto the gti-r engine if using) You also will have to make your own front engine mount.
-Gti-r hydraulic clutch pedal assembly (if it doesn’t come with a remote resevoir just grab one from a Honda or 240 at your local salvage yard) You also may be able to use a clutch pedal assembly from something else but the Gti-r bolts right up and only requires some pedal angle adjustments.
-Gti-r shift linkage/shifter (bolts right up and give you the length needed)
-Gtir drive shaft with mounting brackets in middle (perfect length needed otherwise you will have to make one)
-Gti-r complete rear sub frame (gti-r suspension not needed, you could also use a sub frame from something else with a similar wheel base then swap in the gti-r rear diff)
-Fuell cell (looks like a gti-r gas tank should fit but you save weight by going with a aluminum fuel cell)
-Exhaust piping, you could use a gti-r downpipe if needed

Prices: Prices are ruff estimates depending on where there being shipped from and what kind of deal you can find. You can find alot of parts at the following link Canada GTiR | Nissan Pulsar GTi-R | Forum
-Gti-r engine & transmission $1,800-$2,200 (may get engine/tranny mounts with as well as harness and ecu)
-Gti-r mounts (if not received with engine and tranny) $50-$70
-Gti-r hydraulic clutch assembly $60-$85
-Gti-r shift linkage/shifter $50-$80
-Gti-r drive shaft $200-$450
-Gtir complete rear sub frame $500-$800
-Gti-r gas tank $200-300
-Fuell cell modified for your application $150-$190

Now I spent ruffly $2500 on just the parts that were needed which isn't horrible then I decided to do all the other upgrades while it was tore apart.

Besides that list of parts you will need to factor in material cost and any unexpected costs. Many bolts broke while tearing everything apart and lines were rusted out.

I currently do not know what i'm at but i'm guessing around 250 at 15psi. I'm hopping to get it on a dyno by the end of august at the latest.

From what i've read it seems the awd trannies can start to go once you get over the 300hp mark and beat on it. Also a performance gearset is from $2,500-$3,500 maybe even more depending on what you want.
