This is the first time ive looked at this thread since it was first made lol. I saw it again today and was like why the fack is this stickied cause we all know no ones ever gonna go through with it! Thanks for proving me wrong! Great thread

Nope real deal. Nick gave me a ride in it yesterday, it runs and drives great. He cant beat on it yet until the clutch is broken in though. We are gonna get some videos up for you guys soon.

Brought it to a local car show today. I took 1st place in Import Mild class I was in.

My car club (Insane Kustoms) also received the Club Participation Award.

A storm moved in quick near the end of the show so I couldn't get an vids of the car doing minor pulls.

Sick man, just plain sick. Congrats on the car show. Your car is definetly a head turner no fwd will know what hits him off the launch cuz he will think its just like any other fwd car. haha.

I saw you heat wrapped the exhaust. Did you see big changes in temp? I am guessing you used SS.

It seems like theres not as much heat in the engine bay but I don't have a gauge at the moment monitoring exhaust temps. Are you asking if my exhaust is stainless steel? If so its just steel exhaust piping.

I weighed the car today and its around 2,780lbs with half a tank of gas (12 gallon fuel cell) and with out me in it.

any idea what it weighed before??? thats about where oem gti-r's sit, maybe about a few pounds less
