Thread: Mandrel Exhaust

Just so everyone knows ... the exhaust for the 200SX, Sentra and G20 are all done and ready to go. Hopefully you will all get to see the quality of work when Happynole posts up some pics here.

These are videos of the NX exhaust I am testing for Brian.

Here is a clip of the mandrell bent 2.5" with a Magnaflow rear muffler and 4" single wall tip and no center resonator:

It was too loud and raspy for daily driving in my opinion, might be okay with a turbo.

Here is the same exhaust with an 18" Magnaflow 4" resonator:

Much better and actually quiet at cruise.

And yes, I am burning oil. I check it at every fill up and usually am adding a quart every third tank.

First link sounds like bubbles.

Second link is not to bad. It has a deeper tone.

Kits are ready to go. Check out the site I have three muffler options. A single walled straight tip, double walled straight tip and a double walled angled tip.
