Thread: NX2k: Active Tuning Bar w/ Rear Seats?

I think some of the aftermarket upper mounts have larger studs...ie. massaging is needed. I had to get out the rasp for the bar to go over the Progress studs.

I was running stock mounts.

Huh I guess it was just a fluke for me that all the 91-92s needed to be modded and the 93 were not. Crazy cars

so much for that theory...

question is....were your cars still straight at that time...or beat all up

Mine was straight. But it doesn't really come into play. Even removing the plates from the bar, they wouldn't fit over all 3 studs. Or maybe it was that they were hitting the lip on the top of the strut tower. They should have just made them with a little more wiggle room. But hey, it's a great piece, and a few minutes with a Dremel isn't a problem.
