Thread: heating precaution (DET nx)

i have seen a hood scoop on a nx before didnt look that bad at all. i will have to find a pic

you really should search. go over on the other board and troll around.

its been done numerious times with great success of coarse with the correct support modifications to the motor and car.

i made on my old set up and motor 240whp 230wtq on 12 psi with a a bluebird set up and s4's.

I did 255whp and 277wtq with the tmic set up at 14psi which would fall down to about 12psi.

If you want pics of a nice scoop set up look for threads started by businessman_24 he has the hood i used and talked about. I think the hood looks great.

Ya NX-DET did a good job when he made this hood.

yeah your the guy i was talking about when i said i saw somebody with a hood. i belive i said a number of times in your thread to sell me your hood.. wernt you going to sell your nx or trade it for some american car?
