I would say no. I've also got a set of 9" wheels & no rolling was needed.

Even with an offset of 10-15? Where 35-45 is normal?

I'm running the same width and offset et25 front and et15 rear.

In the front et25 in a 16x9 is the lowest you can go. Anything less you get tire poke.

The rears are more forgiving. I run 16x9 et15 in the rear and its perfect. Anything less you have to roll fenders/stretch tires.

Are you pretty low? I have about an inch gap in the rear. No issues thus far, if I go lower I definitely have to roll the fenders.
