Thread: Whats going on with the NX's around here?

haha heck yeah man. Better be rolling on some stickies cuz that thing isnt gonna hook for crap.

im kinda ballin on a budget while going to school but im gonna take as much time as needed to get this thing done properly. i think between me you cory and kong we will have a pretty well rounded fwd nissan group next summer.

Got off my lazy ass and picked up my short block from the machine shop for my NX.

ahh i love the freshness....you cant beat a freshened up block from the machine shop.
mine should be done on wed of this week so ill be posting pix for sure

I got bored waiting for the machine shop to get done with my motor so i decided to mock up the stack to the headlight assembly. I sprayed the housing black and just need to cut the 3inch hole out the back of the headlight and get the piping all mocked up. It should be all roughly put together up and done sometime tomarrow so i will post some pix in the daylight with the piping and housing all bolted up to the rad support.

Is this just your NA intake Tony? Or are you going turbo with that intake......looks unique. A little outa place though....

All motor all day but yeah its just the intake for the track/dyno. i dont no how much time this car is gonna be seeing on the street(me and the wife have 2 other cars)... But yeah this is a very rough mock up. I plan on triming the bumper cover to get it a lot more flush looking, or i may try finding a smaller 3in stack.
