I got lucky buying my G20 and B13 SE-R up here with little to zero rust or damage. Generally I am never exicted about seeing a car because I would always be disappointed. The photos look nice and forgiving on the ad and they know how to use angles to hide such damage.

The noises the car made will haunt me for a few weeks.

@Kyle ok power steering leaks. What nissan doesnt. But if its from the pump. Diff story. AC I can get a compressor and dryer for $450 and do everything at my shop no extra cost.. just time. So if rust was the only factor and I can get the price way down do you think it's worth it? Ive been dying for a 5spd white g20. Almost impossible to find. Keep in mind in 1 2 years my det will be going into it. So I am soooo unfamiliar with rust and how difficult it would be to work on later. If you say pass I will pass. So knowing my plans and all this what do you think? Thank you.

Cars for Sale: 1999 Infiniti G20 Touring in West Chester, PA 19382: Sedan Details - 370619755 - AutoTrader.com

I saw this ad two weeks ago and carefully scanned the pics. Saw the crease in the rear pass 1/4, peeled shift knob and paint scrapes, combined with the 138k miles I figured it wasn't worth the 20 mile drive for me. Kyle confirmed that.

I don't think it is worth the time and effort but I am not a body expert at all. I know I hold an exceptionally high standard for what is clean or not when it comes to these cars. I consider this in the lower half if my two ratings were yay or nay.

I did not even check the trunk because I just thought it was a wash right out the gate. I dunno if you really don't care about rust being all over the body, go for it. It needs a new radiator support to start the rust removal because it was pretty beat up.

It looks like more that you want the car more than anything and if that is your goal, no amount of rust will stop you from buying it, getting it back to your home state of FL, and loving it. I just don't think it is worth MY time. Your time may vary I guess is the best way of putting it.

LOL. Yea I am going to pass on it so I guess it's free for anyone. Im still looking. I foukd a white automatic in TX so clean it even has the original paper work and owners manual. But it's Automatic. .. im trying to see if a manual trans conversion is worth it or easy. Hard to search on the phone though. My main computer is down.
