@patinthehat

People aren't always exactly cheap but rather don't entirely know the worth and $ value of certain things. DO NOT sit there and tell me I'm cheap when you don't know a damn thing about me! All I know is what I know, this particular subject is not too much. Anyone that wants to know more of what would lead me to draw the conclusions that I've drawn, from MY experience, can ask me. Otherwise you can judge, stereotype, and badger me all you want. It means nothing to me.

@Doug Fab
Based on my experience, as partially previously stated, I obviously don't understand just exactly what's entailed. I have grease under my nails 24/7, I wrench. Thank you to help me understand just a tad bit more.

its all good man. we deff want to help you out. no hard feelings.

That would be kool if you could find someone in your are but im not sure u will.

The goin rate at any tuning shop is usually $400+.

So if Marsh offered to do it for $350 that is a steal and believe me these guys will go above and beyond to support anyone in the SR community.

Best of luck mann!

I wasn't saying you are cheap. I'm saying that this community in general is. That is one of the main reasons why we dont have vendors lining up to fab parts for our cars. with that being said, i assumed you had some knowledge on tuning and pricing from what you were saying earlier. that was my mistake. like doug said, you go get Marsh to do your tune, you KNOW you are getting quality. plus they have a nice setup and you will def have a blast hanging out with these guys. i told mark when i get ready to do my big n1 upgrade later this summer im going to drive up there and have them help me get everything in and tune it on the dyno. and im coming from alabama. so no hard feelings man. i wish i had someone of their caliber close to me.

Well shoot, now I feel like an ass. Maybe I shouldn't have even dropped the figure, sounds like a hookup.

??? :-(

Sorry guys. I often have an impulsive reaction and am completely blunt with my feelings. I HAVE toned it down quite a bit over the years though, whatever that's worth.

Whoever I spoke with in CT had to let me go almost as soon as our talk began. He said he'd call back, whcih he did, but I was unavailable at that time to take the call. I still plan to reconnect to finish our convo. I will take all of what's been said here into consideration.

I've been a member of the SR20 community since '04 on the old forum, in good standing with a good reputation with many others who have an excellent reputation. I've participated in many group buys, bought and sold used items, and help as much as possible. I'd like to keep it all puppy dogs and rainbows :-)

No hard feelings here! ~peace
