Hid's problem.

Hey Guys, I am having some weird problem with the hid on my b13. When the car is off both are working fine, but when I start the car the driver side don't come on? Can bad grounding be the problem?

Bad ballast. U could also use a canceller to resolve ur problem if I'm not mistaken
