I figured that'd be a good starting point because I just saw a B13 with no VE swap and 120K original go for $4500 back east?
I haven't seen many cars like Cory's but if your is as clean as his was you won't have a problem getting 6k you will just have to wait for the right buyer.

The shell was super clean I worked on the vehicle may times. My friend Cory (CCrelan) bought the car off a wealthy family with only 78k on it. Everything he did to the car increased it's performance or comfort in some way while not departing from the essence of all that is a stock SE-R.
B14 wheels, NX brakes and G20T leathers were all added. He also upgraded the induction and exhaust systems. Hotshot cold air intake, Hotshot header and a Stromburg exhaust. It also had a tuned ECU. AGX and either RM springs or Hypercoils for suspension. Tsuru front end and a aftermarket CD player and subwoofer.
