Is anyone else coming from out of town? I am going to make reservations first of next week and if we take 4 or 5 rooms we may be able to broker a deal. We are driving in Friday and leaving Sunday, so it's a 2 night stay for Kimme and I.

I'll probably be spending the night, LMK if you score a group rate

It's is going to be either the Comfort Inn & Suites or the Hampton Inn. AAA discount is $80 at Hampton and Comfort is $79 I left messages with the sales managers via voicemail at both locations asking for a discount for multiple rooms. Who else thinks they would want a room?

I received a call back this morning from a very nice lady at the Hampton Inn. I received this email this morning in response to our conversation:

Good Afternoon and good speaking with you!

I have placed the block for the 18 - 19th MARCH. Please ask the attendees to call the hotel - ASK FOR RESERVATIONS (not me as I am not always at my desk) and identify with the GROUP BLOCK under SR20 - DEEP. The value discounted rate is $67 + TAX and includes the full "ON THE HOUSE" Hampton Inn breakfast. If anyone has HHonors remember to include your number to get your points and miles since HILTON gives both. If anyone needs an earlier arrival date or a later departure date then contact me as it would be outside the block but I will extend the rate there too. There are king and double bedded rooms in the block - first come first serve on quantity of each.

I have attached directions and a pictures of our new rooms.

Thank you for your business and safe travels. We look forward to welcoming you! Best,
Tari Marshall-Day
