tire removal needed

anyone have the equipment to remove tires from wheels around central CT?

They are just some 195/65/15's on stock alloys.

who's rocky? Walmart wants $5 a tire to dismount one and put a new one one. I just need to take them off. Really only need to do two and I can cut the other two off since they are garbage. So basically looking for somone to do it less then $10 it's going to cost me at walmart or for some beer
