Got another sr powered car!
Just picked up a 92 p10! It only has 132k miles and it only cost $500!!! It needs a little work but not much. The list below is pretty much everything it needs. If you have any parts I can use let me know!

1. full exhaust including down pipe and cat (this was stolen before I bought it) This is what I need first. If anyone can help me out PLEASE let me know.
2. powersteering reservoir and lines
3. blower resistor
4. heat isn't blowing hot so whatever I need to fix this
5. antenna mast
6. trim piece under passenger headlight
7. valve cover gasket (like every used nissan i've ever looked at!)

That's basically it. Obviously I am going to do a full oem tune up including plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pcv valve, fuel filter, air filter, oil filter, oil (not sure what to use yet). Also want to do the transmission kit with new gasket and filter. Of course a radiator flush and fill with new OEM thermostat is to done as well!

Yes it is an auto but it's basically for my girl to drive and it was only $500! These are the only pics I got! That's just frost on the car! It's in pretty good shape. Only two tiny rust spots!

Congrats on your p10. I love p10's with a passion.

Answers to your question

#1,2,3,5 Hit up Daveracer. He's parting out a p10 right now.

#4 Do your radiator flush and definitely get an oem t-stat and check your climate control linkage, it may be stucked on the cold position. Take out the climate control unit and you'll see in the back there would be a lever, pull it lightly and see if the heat blows.

#7 Get an oem piece while you're getting your oem tstat.

Good luck!

Heat is fixed! The slider wasn't connected properly in the back of the unit. So it never opened the door when you slid if over to hot!

Powersteering works when there is fluid in it. I put a bottle in and it made a little noise but it worked!! Then all the fluid pissed out of the high pressure line! So at least I know it works! Just gotta get a new line.

Wow forgot about this thread! I keep an updated log about the car on g20.net but I'll update this one too! Here is what I did to her:

Power steering pressure line and small line under reservoir. The PS works perfectly now!

Resistor has been replaced and now have heat on all 4 settings!

Ebay header installed! Well the header is on but I have to connect AIV tube (think that's what it is), do something with EGR since I had to cut the pipe off! Put the oil seperator back on, and connect the rest of the exhaust!

Unfortunatly the alternator crapped out on me so I now have to take that on! In theory this weekend I should be able to finish this project up!

If anyone is around sat and sunday and wants to lend a hand come on down!

quick update! Full exhaust is on and the car is registered and insured! The alternator is wierd because when you first fire it up if it's been sitting it doesn't charge the battery. Then if you blip the gas it works and the dash lights go off?

The car needs an axle which I am going to do this weekend. If anyone wants to lend a hand let me know! I'm probably going to do it in Bethany at my girls place.

I've driven the car a few times now and I must say I love the P10. Even auto it's gotta little go. Maybe it's the 2.5" header!

I still have to install the cat hanger. I didn't know there was one until I finished the exhaust. I had to order it from the dealer! Power wash the engine bay, install all the tune up parts, fix the axle and try and diagnose the alt problem. Hopefully I can knock all this out this weekend!

Great man, a lot of P10's can be found for that cheap these days for some reason.
