Auto Update > Help Update keeps on having an error.

Sometimes it stops at 103/240 sometimes 198/240.

I have seen "Error 102 and 103 There was an error" pop-ups each time.

I had a similar issue when downloading the Help update. It froze at like 180 or so. I ended up restarting the program and nothing ever popped up for download.

Thank you for the heads up.

I think the server is actually timing out because I updated without a problem at the shop but tried it again at my house and it had an issue.

I am working on a method to do a partial update so it doesn't have to download the entire file set.

I will disable the help update and upload the enter "Doc" folder as a zip file to the download page.

Simply download the "Doc.zip" folder and simply extract it into your NismoTronicSA folder.

You can grab the folder here -> http://www.j-k-tuning.com/NT_DEMO/Doc.zip

@Kyle @gomba (The Help files should update OK now, let me know if that fixes things for you).

Another update will be coming later today or tomorrow. This will address @lynchfourtwenty 's issue with the monitor window not following with inverted RPM scales.

Also, the next release will also give you guys the option to go full realtime on the main fuel and ignition tables. This means that you don't have to hit control U after you make a change to the tables, it will automatically update it for you. You can toggle the option on/off on the toolbar, so if you want to confirm your updates before you upload them just leave the realtime option OFF.

After my software got messed up I downloaded Nismotronic 3.000 off of the website and reinstalled, but it doesn't seem to be checking for updates. Auto update is enabled and I've restarted the program several times. Is there a manual download link for the latest version?

If you look under the download button on the nismotronic website, it says:

Software Activation
1. Plug in NEMU
2. Run NismoTronicSA application with active internet connection!!
3. When prompted to update select "OK" or "UPDATE"
4. Demo version will download the most recent stable release versoin
5. The application will then prompt you to restart, just hit "OK"
6. Leave your NEMU plugged in while the release version is launched
7. After a few seconds you will see a "SOFTWARE ACTIVATED" prompt, if you see this you are activated and ready to start tuning!

You didn't read did you. There is no prompt for updating. Demo is not downloading the most recent stable release version.

Nvm, I tried again and deleted all traces of Nismotronic and redownloaded/reinstalled and it finally gave a prompt for updating. Has anyone had an issue with the program not displaying when running the executable? It showed up in my processes but not onscreen. This is the issue that started this.

Delete your old prefs file as it seems you probably had an issue when updating before and I bet there was a prefs file floating around that caused this.

So, simply delete the prefs file and you should be good to go.
