the easiest way is to disconnect the wire to the sensor, but run a 550k ohm resister in the knock sensor wire. the ecu will just keep reading the normal ohmage, and your right to roll.
advantages=none really.
disadvantages= it wont read knock.
what you should do= use a ecu that you can program what voltage knock it should listen too. i do this with my nismotronic. but thats another story. watch this

What values of the Knock Sensor did you input? Im also using NeMu.
I disable my knock sensor too. I have forged pistons androds. I got knock occur at 1 psi and above. Is it real or ghost, I don't know. I assigned 10 afr for fuel and 0 degree timing, the knock sensor said I still knocking past 1 psi.. The ecu will retard 5 degree if you have knock
