Thread: ECU forgets TCD, limp mode

Hey, maybe someone can shed some light on this.

Recently replaced:
-All capacitors on the ECU
-New V2 breakout board (Still V1 NEMU)

Car works perfectly, but every time i turn it off, it corrupts the tune. Limp mode is triggered, fan is always on when key is set to ACC.

I can solve it temporarily by downloading the tune again, but it is instantly corrupted when the car is turned off.

What can cause this? Battery on the NEMU running low? Missing power pins? Incompatible breakout board combo? Messed up capacitor install?

Sounds like a battery issue to me.

"Panasonic BR2330A" style battery ordered from ebay (shipping from moates was 16x the price of the battery!!)
