But yes, it sometimes runs like absolute shit when its raining outside or really humid. Idle goes from 500 to 2000RPM over and over and over until it warms up.

To alleviate this all you need to do is to reduce the base iacv duty cycle vs temperature table.

You will see that when it is cold it will bump the IACV duty way up and that is what will cause the fluctuations.

Here's another variable to throw into the mix.............. the idle issue has only happened in my car AFTER I installed the JWT S3 cams?

1. Re-set timing and base idle. Verify that IACV duty % is low-ish fully warmed. 20-50% should be OK, preferably not too low, and not too high.
2. Modify the "Base Target Idle RPM" according to temperatures that are wonky.
3. Still not OK? Re-tune "Idle RPM Control Mode"
4. Last resort, tune "Throttle Closed Ignition Timing Table" or "Idle RPM Control Timing Parameters" (THIS SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY!)

EDIT: now this thread is getting off-topic, if you are bent on resolving your idle issues, let's make a new thread.
