pin #38 is ignition switch (this is only connected to my distributor @ #6 wire)
pin #39 is eccs ground ( this is 1 of 7 eccs grounds grounded to the chassis)
the 2 other pins which you are referring to are they #40 and #41 or @ the connector?
i am using 95-97 b series harness pin out with boomslang jumper harness

You need pins 46, 47 and 38 on the OBD1 B13 connector side to have power. (including the ignition ON signal at pin 38).
ok, so now my ign on is illuminated and and the eccs relay (self-shut off) is grounding out on its own (pin #38 ignition switch is a shared wire). Turns out that the same wire that powers the injectors(blk/red) is also used for the ignition switch (12v@on/start). Figured out that pin#20 start signal is a b/y wire (12v@start). Next is the ignition signal and ignition check wires. Thanks John
ok, ign signal/ign check are not shared wires and only connect to the distributor. Next I'm going to try and start the car.
ok, tried to start the car. I have no spark and injectors are not firing. My cranking light on the nemu comes on briefly while trying to start. What am I missing? Does the ecu need to see a sensor to start?
