Thread: having trouble with gauge screen and log analyzer

I using windows 10.
Every time I try to open nismotronic, I get hit with out of memory exception was not handled.
force to close.
My log monitor is weird. It gives pref and ref files, I have no idea what it means.
What can I do to fix this?

Go into the folder where the software is and delete the Pref file, this will make the problem go away. The software has saved some of your preferences for layout a bit odd and then cant cope when trying to layout the screen again

It should've made a error report when it closed with that type of exception.

Can you email that to me? It should be in your NismoTronic folder.
