Are you referring to all of the electrolytic capacitors or just some specific ones?

Correct

John, can I send the ecu to you for soldering the capacitor and check the ecu or should I just buy another nismotronic package?

Was the ECU working before you installed NEMU into it? If then, I'd not suspect capacitors to be at fault.

Did you cut the three wires at the ECU plug?

Yes, the ecu works before and after install. the car still runs but extremely rich 9.2 AFR. I cut at the consult port.
The four wires are going to consult port anyways. Four wires going to consult port,, pin 23, 7, 14 and 15. chk, tx rx and clk.

You know what, i had the exact same problem when i installed the bluetooth module to nemu. Afr at 9, running limp mode. I solved it by removing nemu from the ecu and connecting to it on the bench. Then i redownloaded the tune to it, and installed it back into the ecu. Then it started to work.

Also, cut the logger cables at the ecu connector instead! Good luck!
