Issues with activating VVL via Nemu
I wired up the exhaust solenoid to EGR and intake solenoid to AIV. I follwed the post on how to select my settings and how to activate your vvl to nemu but it just didnt work for me. I wanted to activate intake cam at 5000 rpm and exhaust cam at 5300 rpm. I think they are stuck on because my car is idling differently. Can someone guide me to how to properly set my outputs? Thanks

This is my current output settings

1st thing to do is only use rpm as a trigger, its nice to have the other options but you dont really need them tbh for vvl.

Then make sure you have power to the other terminal of vvl solenoids.

+1 on what he said^^

If you are suspecting that your solenoids are stuck on, unplug them and probe the terminals with a multimeter. One pin should be constant +12V, and the other should be a switched ground. If you have ground at idle, your solenoid switching circuit is stuck on (very unlikely) or you have incorrect triggering settings

Considered upgrading from RT to SA?

I ditched my greddy mss. I tested both solenoids manually and both clicked fine. I did a continuity test from from ecu to solenoid and checked out ok. I also have one terminal on each solenoid that's a constant 12v. A screen shot of what my output settings should look like would help me out. I just want to trigger it by rpm. Thank you

Here's my suggested trigger output:

RPM+throttle opening is a good way to do it. No damage in running only RPM either. Here's how to do it with only RPM:

DALA - Thank You so much! I did exactly what you've posted and it works amazing!

This has brought back the joy of my P10.

Thanks again!

Glad you got it working, but why not upgrade to the SA version of the software?

It is a much better firmware and is a free upgrade for those who have the RT version.

If you are comfortable with what you have, then no worries.

I was wondering why it looked totally different to mines.
