Thread: Will my ECU support EBC?

I run Nismotronic on my EUDM ECU;

I know that I have no EGR functionality in this ECU, but now when I am installing my EBC I ran into some issues.

I have no AIV pin?! I was about to wire it into the "Pin 102 - AIV", but I have no wire coming from the plug. The physical pin is on the ECU though.
Can I wire an additional pin into the connector? Or does it mean that the ECU has no functionality for that pin? Help!

Update!

I soldered a wire directly to the PCB at pin 102. Opened up nismotronic, enabled boost control, set initial duty to 100%.

Measured the resistance between Pin 102 and ground. Infinite resistance. This means I have to get an USDM ECU to get this to work. I am testing this right, yes?

This sucks! The solenoid is already installed and wired into the bay Anyone got a spare ECU for sale? :P

There is a usdm b13 ecu for sale in the classifieds. @daveracer

Unfortunately neither EGR or AIV is supported in the euro ECUs, which is the only reason they are not in the support ECUs list.
