how to get the map to read accurately on the rd1?!?
Running a AEM 3.5 map sensor and it reads accurately on my laptop but horribly off on the rd1 even after I change the map settings to the correct settings.

How far off does is read?

You might want to shoot HRTUNING an email regarding the issue and/or try using the custom scalar/offset function in their software.

@JKTUNING last time I called them they were not to helpful. I'll try and figure it out cause I really want this RD1 to work out but so far between that and the ecu needing to be plugged up to the computer in order for the RD1 to work....it's frustrating

The problem isnt with the rd1 since it only reflects what the ecu tells it to....the problem is getting it to reflect correctly from the ecu and since nismotronic is not HR tunings software they aren't reAlly able to assist me

If you would like, I can remote into your PC and help you out getting it configured.

I have setup a bunch of these and they generally are pretty straight forward.

I think I spoke to you on the phone about the laptop needing to be plugged in for it to work and I thought I told you a solution for that, shoot me an email and we can go from there.

Nemu, so no obd as such. Car is p10 so was originally Obd1.

Nemu died, using a mates for now until John and I can work out what has gone wrong, and spare nemu doesnt have plug for the TV, so might be a little bit until i can play with it again.

I think the on board battery died as a result of the car being jump started poorly a bunch of times by panel shop. It kept going in to limp mode all the time.
